About the ration challenge
In June 2016 I undertook the Act for Peace Ration Challenge to raise money for Syrian refugees living in camps in jordan.
The money raised went to providing food rations. As refugees, the Syrians are not allowed to work in Jordan and rely entirely on food rations from the UN to survive.
The challenge was to eat the same rations as a Syrian refugee for a week.
It was tough going, to say the least, but I managed to raise $795 and Act for Peace managed to raise a whopping $1.8 million.

I want to say a big thank you to everyone who donated and those that supported me throughout the challenge.
Every day of the challenge I made a short video update on my progress. Have a look at the playlist.
